DSL Property Services converted our garage and turned our previously partitioned downstairs floor into an open plan space. This involved structural work (like converting the garage by building a new external wall, fitting a new window, building a level floor, new lighting and sockets) and cosmetic work (floor and wall tiling, fitting cabinets to house our washing machine etc, fitting new bathroom furniture, and decorating). All of this work was completed immaculately. The work was great value for money, there was great communication, and the work was completed in a timely, tidy fashion. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the final result and will be recommening DSL Property Services to everyone.

We are so pleased we followed up a recommendation to David 18 months ago and have since used the team for two projects involving new kitchen, utility, balustrade, stair repairs, new doors and fireplace surround. We will definitely use them again. Wide skill set and ability to take on any job we asked, David bought our most complicated vision to life from scratch (balustrade). He is supported by a fab team on site and brilliant admin support behind the scenes - communication, advice and guidance cannot be faulted. We are very thankful to have found a skilled, friendly, trustworthy team (clean workers too!) who is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

We have known David for some years and during that time he has done a variety of work for us, from decorating, building cupboards, putting up a fence and now a completely new bathroom.
This will show the range of his talents and everything he does is completed to the same exceptionally high standard. The preparation is thorough, the finish is always immaculate and everything is clean and tidy at the end of each day.
He has a young, enthusiastic and skilled team working with him who are getting the best training they could have because David is teaching them by example.
There has also been thoughtful and business like support from his admin staff.
So we would thoroughly recommend DSL property services and will use them again - if they can fit us in! -
DSL was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so pleased I followed up on the recommendation! David made some alterations in my kitfchen to accommodate a dishwasher. I strongly recommend DSL Property Services, and how often can you say
that about a building firm? They have done two bathrooms for me, both in
my own home and at a rented property, and they have also done other
smaller jobs including external decorating and new guttering. The
proprietor, David Dobson, is very capable, multi-skilled, highly
attentive to the customer's requirements, and intelligent in finding
solutions and overcoming problems. The work is to a high standard,
carried out in a well organised, reliable way that takes the stress out
of having building work done.
