Adequately sized living room area allows enough room for Sofa, table Tv and units. The Rear three folding patio doors open up nicely to bring the new conservatory into the flat to increase the space. In the conservatory there is space for a small dining table and chairs and room to enjoy the view. The conservatory doors open up to bring the Garden into full view. .
We created a stunning self contained summer house from scratch in place of the existing garage that we demolished and disposed of. The summer house was constructed of brick block cavity walls and timber with tongue and groove timber cladding. It was internally plasterboarded and skimmed, laminate flooring, various power sockets, lighting, necessary plumbing and radiators. The building consisted of a large living area with space for a small kitchenette and a fully functioning bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and wc. We also created a decking area outside the summer house and exterior lighting coming down from the overhanging roof.
